Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges can be given where goods are faulty (other than any fault that was clearly communicated to you, or which ought to have been revealed by an examination of the product, at the time of purchase), wrongly described, different from sample shown to yo or do not do what they are supposed to do.
However, all pieces that have been sold with a discount will not have an exchange or return option.
In order to process the exchange of the product for reasons explained in the first paragraph, please send us an email to hola@qe-studio.com indicating the product failure and attaching the corresponding photo. After that, we will carry out the appropriate evaluation and we will inform you by the same means if appropriate. If the request proceed, Qe.studio is responsible for collecting the product from the same address where it was delivered and will return the product within the indicated period. If the client prefers, the pick-up of the piece at our workshop could be coordinated.

Sorry, Qe.studio we cannot accept returns on goods ordered to your specification (such as Custom Furniture or Custom Art Pieces).
Cancellations
Once an order has been accepted, if for any reason the client does not want to proceed with the purchase, it is the client’s responsibility to provide a written cancellation notice via email to hola@qe-studio.com and to also receive our verbal or electronic confirmation of this cancellation.
Custom Furniture - Custom Art Pieces
At Qe.studio we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total value of the products ordered before we can begin arrangements for the manufacture or supply of the products. Your deposit may be refundable if the goods ordered specifically for you have not been manufactured. After confirmation, costs of any material purchased for your custom order are non-refundable.
The balance of the invoice is payable within 15 days of the delivery of the goods.
All products will remain the property of Qe.studio until payment is received in full.
Shipping
At Qe.studio we will endeavor to process and deliver your order as soon as possible. If we have stock of the product you wish to purchase, the maximum shipping time will be 7 business days. Shipping for personalized products (Custom Furniture or Custom Art Pieces) will take up to 15 to 25 working days within United States for delivery, depending on the requirements of the product, furniture or piece of art.
At Qe.studio we are not responsible for shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery de Productos
Delivery times will be arrange with you in advance for custom items. If there is no one available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for transportation and re-delivery costs.
You are responsible for ensuring that there is adequate access and entry to your premises to enable delivery of the products. Any additional costs in relation to access to your premises are your responsibility. If it is not possible for the products to be delivered to your premises, the products will be returned to our workshop and you will be invoiced for transport and return.
If you arrange your own delivery, the product becomes your responsibility when you collect it from the Qe.studio facilities.
Inspection of your products
You must inspect your products when you receive them. You must note any damage or missing items and notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
At Qe.studio we are not responsible for any missing items or damage to any of the products unless we are notified within the time period specified above.
